What areas do you cover?

Skyline Surveillance offers worldwide 24/7 monitoring services. We currently provide in-person security camera sales and installation in the following California areas: Fresno, Madera, Chowchilla, Tulare, Selma, Sanger, Lemoore, Visalia, Reedley, and Dinuba. If you're outside of these areas, feel free to contact us to discuss how we can serve you.

 

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by customer negligence, misuse, or improper handling of the product. For warranty claims, contact us at [email protected] or call 559-365-6307 for assistance.

Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Select health and personal care items

Restocking Fee

Please note that all returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Proof of Purchase

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to non-manufacturer-related reasons
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Delayed Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to post.
  • Contact your bank—processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, email us at [email protected] or call 559-365-6307.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

  • You are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
